1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

The Blogger's Pantry LLC ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the thebloggerspantry.net platform.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Platform by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Claims of infringement should be directed to our registered agent:

  • Name: Kevin W. Glass
  • Entity: The Blogger's Pantry LLC
  • Address: Alabaster, Alabama
  • Email: [email protected]

This information is on file with the U.S. Copyright Office.

3. What Your Notice Must Include

To be effective, your Notice must be a written communication that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Platform (e.g., the specific URL).
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Takedown and Counter-Notice

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected Tenant blogger.

If a Tenant blogger believes their content was removed by mistake, they may file a Counter-Notice with our Designated Agent. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of "repeat infringers" in accordance with our internal policies and the DMCA.
